Moved to this house on May 15th 2022.
Started with $500 to my name.
Over the next two years:
I removed tons of garbage, repaired the mailboxes, and purchased $90k worth of equipment for the project.

This Portion was purchased on July 15th.--The money was raised and earned and then spent in 2 years and 2 months of the start of the project. It is completely paid off, and the deed is in my name.

Year Three
In the meantime, many trees (outside the scope of this picture) have been felled and removed from the area by a logging company)
By October 15th 2024, I intend to have the rest of the land in my name, with all other inhabitants moved out by October 1; by giving $20k with $40 left and two years to pay it off.

Now we look to the next year's projects. Projects which should be accomplished by May 15th 2025.
Oct 15th to Feb 15th I will:
purchase a wood processor, and process and sell 40 Ricks of firewood to the local communities. -- Generating $10k
Build the Floating Barge, Fire-Pit, and Dock.
Build the Storm Shelter.
By May 15:
Build the Luxury Bath House/Sauna
Build the RV Park.
Pay off $20k of the rest of the Property, leaving $20k to pay.

Year Four
May 2025 to May 2026 will be year four of this project startup. We own all the land at the end of this year at the latest.
We will build the
brick pizza oven,
the flattop and BBQ grill into the same brick structure
the smoker, and the food prep area
the closet for cooking tools
the two lanai for food prep
the canning station
I will have a large propane tank delivered, and will stack the wood for the cooking station.
The bee hives and flower gardens will be established (already all purchased and ready to go three years ago.
The gardens around the main house will be built this year.
The chickens will be established by now.

Year Five
May 15th 2026 to May 2027, Place is paid off, and real money can go into it now.
I am eager to build the blacksmith shop, and get the outdoor forge going.
I will have purchased some of the equipment for this in the previous year.
The Windmills for the wells need to be made.
The second very exciting project is the Forest Cube... that is going up!
Also: the goat pen will be established.
The irrigated Garden behind the pond and the toolshed with it.
The Root Cellar will be dug out and built.

Year Six
May 15th 2027 to 2028, Second good year for the project.
We are going to buy a $23k portable saw mill and set up the lumber storage building.
The outdoor kiln, the pottery shop, the loomary, and the clay processing structure will all be built.
The library. thousands in books, and paintings of great thinkers to adorn the walls.
The Cabin Sphere will be built.
May 15th 2028 to 2029, Completion of Barn and Maker's Lab.
The Cow and 2 Horses.
The Carpentry Shop and toolshed completing the Maker's Lab.
The Meat-Processing House.
The Traditional Standard Full Cabin will be built.
May 15th 2029 to 2030: Cabin-building time!
The rest of the cabins, one at a time.

Year Nine
May 15th 2030 to 2031, A relaxing year. Lots to learn.
This year we will work on the complicated soil and CO2 pumping for the individual greenhouse tents for the Mediterranean and Citrus Fruit Trees.
